Hi there - I'm Dr. Ylenia!
A successful national and international coach, career expert, and wellness entrepreneur. At one point in time, I was a broke ex-athlete with a 9-5 that I hated and no idea of what to do with my life and my degree. After what I would totally call a quarter life crisis, I decided to take a leap of faith, move from Italy to Chicago by myself (where I didn’t know anyone!) and take a chance on me.
I had a passion for helping people achieving their full potential, I combined it with my business and marketing background, and I completed my PhD in Business Psychology. Today, I have helped hundreds of people pursue their true dreams.
Everyday, I help people achieve their top potentials, bypass the challenges that hold their dreams hostage, so they can break the chains that they have been held down by and build the career, job, online business, and financial stability that they want!
When I look back at my journey (from swimming, to corporate America, to a complete different side of the world, to my current career as a business and career coach and consultant/entrepreneur), I always think “I wish I knew then what I know now!”
I want to give you the chance to never have to wonder “Where would I be, if I knew then what I know now?”, and to take control of your life and your happiness. If you feel like you are meant for more, you feel stuck, you want to be your own boss, the go-to person in your field, or simply the best at what you do, this is for you. With a love of psychological assessments (and a high “Conscientiousness” DiSC profile to boot!), I believe I possess an expansive breadth of knowledge that enables me to help individuals of all ages use empirically-backed strategies for identifying and changing behaviors in order to live happier and healthier lives. I have a passion for helping people reaching their “next level” and their ideal careers.
